Return and Refund Policy

At Premium for Pets, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Items – If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Wrong Item Sent – If the item delivered is not what you ordered.
Incomplete Order – If your package is missing an item.

📌 Note: Due to the nature of pet care products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind or if the product has been opened/used.


2. Return Process

If your order qualifies for a return, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Provide the following details:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product (including damaged areas, packaging, and shipping label)
  • A brief explanation of the issue

3️⃣ Wait for our response within [2] business days. If approved, we will arrange a return or replacement.

4️⃣ Ship the product back (if required). The return shipping fee will be covered by us only if the mistake was on our part (wrong/damaged item sent).


3. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • 💰 Full Refund – If the product is out of stock or the order was incorrectly processed.
  • 🔄 Partial Refund – If only part of the order was incorrect.
  • 📦 Replacement or Store Credit – If the item is defective but you prefer a replacement instead of a refund.

🚫 No Refunds for the Following:
❌ Items that were opened or used
❌ Products damaged due to customer mishandling
❌ Unclaimed COD orders


4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Returns

Customers who refuse to accept their COD orders without valid reasons may be blacklisted from future COD purchases.
