Shipping & Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

At Premium for Pets, we strive to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please review our Shipping & COD Policy below.

Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery times depend on location:
    • Metro Manila: 2-5 business days
    • Luzon: 3-7 business days
    • Visayas & Mindanao: 5-10 business days
  • Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, bad weather, or courier issues.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Flat rate shipping: ₱XX.XX for standard delivery.
  • Free shipping: Available for orders above ₱500.00.
  • Additional fees may apply for remote areas or reshipment due to incorrect address.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, contact us at premium4petsofficial@gmail.com.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

1. COD Availability

  • Available only in select locations.
  • Orders above ₱1,500 may require a partial prepayment before confirmation.
  • Customers with multiple canceled or refused COD orders may lose COD privileges.

2. Order Confirmation

  • All COD orders must be confirmed via SMS, email, or phone call within 24 hours.
  • Failure to confirm may result in order cancellation.

3. Delivery & Payment

  • Please prepare the exact amount for payment, as couriers may have limited change.
  • The courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If the order is refused or not received, COD may no longer be available for future purchases.

4. COD Cancellations & Returns

  • COD orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
  • If you refuse a confirmed COD order, future COD transactions may require full prepayment.
  • Returns for COD orders are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items, following our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Fraud Prevention

  • We monitor COD transactions for fraudulent activity.
  • Customers who repeatedly place and cancel COD orders will be blacklisted from future purchases.

By choosing COD, you agree to these terms and accept full responsibility for payment upon delivery.
