Premium for Pets Reseller Shipping & Delivery Policy
Effective Date: August 18, 2026
This policy applies specifically to orders placed under the Premium for Pets Reseller Program.
1. Payment Before Shipment
All reseller orders must be fully paid before processing and shipment.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for reseller orders.
Orders will be prepared for fulfillment after payment has been successfully confirmed.
2. Initial Reseller Package Shipping
For the current Metro Manila reseller launch:
Starter Package — ₱1,699 All-In
Includes FREE Metro Manila shipping for the qualifying initial reseller order.
Growth Package — ₱3,349 All-In
Includes FREE Metro Manila shipping for the qualifying initial reseller order.
No additional standard shipping fee should be charged for eligible Metro Manila first orders covered by this offer.
3. Reseller Reorder Shipping
Shipping arrangements for subsequent reseller reorders may differ from the initial reseller package offer.
Unless specifically stated otherwise at the time of purchase, resellers should not assume that free shipping automatically applies to every reorder.
Applicable shipping charges or promotions should be displayed or communicated before payment.
4. Delivery Area
The initial reseller launch and free-shipping offer are intended for eligible addresses within Metro Manila.
Orders outside the covered area may be subject to different shipping charges, availability, or arrangements.
5. Courier
Premium for Pets may use J&T Express or another available courier depending on the order, location, service availability, and operational requirements.
The courier used for a particular shipment may vary.
6. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to order processing, courier operations, destination, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, or circumstances outside Premium for Pets' reasonable control.
Premium for Pets does not guarantee a delivery date unless expressly confirmed.
For the current delivery estimate, resellers may contact Premium for Pets through the official support channel.
7. Correct Shipping Information
The reseller is responsible for providing complete and accurate recipient name, delivery address, mobile number, and other information reasonably required for delivery.
Please verify delivery information before submitting the order.
If incorrect or incomplete information results in failed delivery, rerouting, return-to-sender, or additional courier charges, additional costs may be charged where appropriate and permitted by law.
8. Receiving the Parcel
Resellers or their authorized recipient should inspect the parcel promptly upon delivery.
Where reasonably possible, we recommend recording an unboxing video beginning before the shipping package is opened and continuing through inspection of the contents.
Photos of the parcel, shipping label, packaging, and affected products may also help us investigate an order issue.
An unboxing video is helpful evidence but will not be used to deny a claim where other adequate evidence establishes a valid issue or where applicable law provides otherwise.
9. Lost or Damaged Parcels in Transit
If a reseller order appears to have been lost or materially damaged while in transit, contact Premium for Pets promptly.
Premium for Pets will assist in reviewing the shipment and, where appropriate, coordinate with the courier.
Any replacement, refund, or other remedy will be handled according to the circumstances, available evidence, courier findings where relevant, the Reseller Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy, and applicable law.
10. Delivery Delays
Courier delays alone do not automatically mean a parcel is lost.
If a shipment is significantly delayed, Premium for Pets may assist in requesting a courier status update or investigation.
