Premium for Pets Reseller Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: August 18, 2026
These Reseller Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made under the Premium for Pets Reseller Program.
By placing and paying for a reseller order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and the applicable reseller policies.
1. Reseller Program
The Premium for Pets Reseller Program allows approved customers to purchase eligible Premium for Pets products in reseller quantities for resale.
Participation in the program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, distributorship, or exclusive territorial relationship with Premium for Pets.
Resellers operate independently and are responsible for their own selling activities, expenses, customers, and compliance obligations.
2. Initial Reseller Packages
Current first-order packages include:
Starter Package — ₱1,699 All-In
- 10 Anti-Mange 250ml
- 2 Aloe Vera 250ml bonus bottles
- 12 bottles total
- Free Metro Manila shipping
Growth Package — ₱3,349 All-In
- 14 Anti-Mange 250ml
- 5 Aloe Vera 250ml
- 5 Healthy/Fluffy 250ml
- 24 bottles total
- Free Metro Manila shipping
Package availability, composition, pricing, and promotions may be updated for future purchases.
Any change will not retroactively change an order already accepted and paid for.
3. Payment
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for reseller orders.
All reseller orders must be fully paid and payment confirmed before processing and shipment.
An order may not be processed or dispatched until payment has been successfully confirmed.
4. Reseller Reorders
After the initial reseller purchase, eligible resellers may reorder based on the products they need.
The current minimum reseller reorder is: 10 bottles total per order. Mix and match of eligible variants is allowed.
10–23 Bottles
- Anti-Mange — ₱149 each
- Aloe Vera — ₱109 each
- Healthy/Fluffy — ₱119 each
24+ Bottles
- Anti-Mange — ₱139 each
- Aloe Vera — ₱99 each
- Healthy/Fluffy — ₱109 each
Current pricing applies according to the reseller program terms in effect at the time an order is placed.
Future reseller pricing, products, minimum quantities, shipping arrangements, and promotions may be updated.
5. Suggested Retail Prices
Premium for Pets may provide suggested retail prices to help resellers position the products.
- Anti-Mange 250ml — ₱249
- Aloe Vera 250ml — ₱175
- Healthy/Fluffy 250ml — ₱199
Unless Premium for Pets separately establishes an applicable pricing requirement, these are suggested retail prices and do not guarantee the price at which a reseller will be able to sell the products.
Resellers remain responsible for their own selling expenses, promotions, fees, and business decisions, subject to applicable reseller and selling-channel rules.
6. No Guaranteed Sales or Income
Premium for Pets does not guarantee sales, customers, income, profit, inventory turnover, or reseller business performance.
Any “potential gross selling spread” displayed on the website is an illustrative calculation based on package price and suggested retail value. It is not guaranteed income or profit.
Actual results depend on selling price, customer demand, selling channel, delivery costs, platform fees, promotions, and other business expenses.
7. Product Claims and Responsible Selling
Resellers must represent Premium for Pets products accurately and responsibly and must not make false, misleading, unsupported, or unauthorized claims.
In particular, resellers must not claim that a product guarantees a particular result; cures a disease or medical condition; provides guaranteed treatment; or has certifications, approvals, ingredients, benefits, or results that Premium for Pets has not authorized or substantiated.
Resellers should use current approved Premium for Pets product information and marketing materials where provided.
8. Brand and Marketing Materials
Premium for Pets may provide approved product photos, product information, suggested retail pricing, or other reseller materials. Such materials remain subject to Premium for Pets' applicable intellectual-property rights.
Resellers must not materially alter the Premium for Pets logo, product labels, packaging, or official materials in a way that misrepresents the brand or products.
Resellers must not present themselves as the official Premium for Pets company, official corporate account, manufacturer, or exclusive distributor unless specifically authorized in writing.
9. Selling Channels
Resellers may offer genuine Premium for Pets products purchased through the reseller program through physical stores, social media, personal selling, and legitimate online marketplaces, including platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
Prior approval from Premium for Pets is not currently required before a reseller lists their legitimately purchased reseller inventory.
Resellers are independently responsible for complying with the applicable rules, fees, seller requirements, listing requirements, and policies of the selling platform they choose to use.
Resellers must represent Premium for Pets products accurately and must not use false, misleading, unauthorized medical, cure, treatment, certification, or guaranteed-result claims.
Resellers must not misrepresent themselves as the official Premium for Pets store, manufacturer, exclusive distributor, or official corporate account unless expressly authorized.
10. Inventory and Resale Risk
Reseller purchases are inventory purchases for resale. Premium for Pets does not guarantee that purchased inventory will be sold within any particular period.
Subject to applicable law and the Reseller Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy, unsold inventory, slow-moving inventory, or a reseller's change of mind does not by itself qualify an order for return or refund.
11. Shipping
Shipping is governed by the current Premium for Pets Reseller Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Free Metro Manila shipping included with an initial Starter or Growth Package applies according to the terms of that offer. Free shipping should not be assumed for all future reseller reorders or destinations unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.
12. Damaged, Missing, Incorrect or Defective Items
Issues involving damaged, leaking, missing, incorrect, or defective items are handled under the Premium for Pets Reseller Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy.
Resellers should inspect their order promptly upon delivery and report qualifying problems within the stated reporting period.
13. Reseller Status
Premium for Pets may refuse, suspend, or discontinue reseller privileges where reasonably necessary, including for fraud, payment issues, misuse of the brand, unauthorized or misleading claims, abuse of reseller pricing, or material violation of these terms, subject to applicable law.
14. Changes to the Reseller Program
Premium for Pets may update future reseller prices, minimum quantities, packages, products, promotions, support, shipping arrangements, and program terms.
Changes apply prospectively and will not retroactively alter an order already accepted and paid for unless required by law or agreed with the reseller.
15. Privacy
Personal and business information submitted through the reseller program will be handled in accordance with the Premium for Pets Privacy Policy and applicable privacy requirements.
